“OMMC Clinic made it really easy to sign up and didn’t waste my time at all. They looked through my records and saw that i have been suffering from the side effects of my cancer treatments and told me to fill out my application.  I had my card the next day. It has helped me so much while undergoing my many treatments. Thanks a lot for all your help! You guys were great!”
